There are a surplus of mini-hips and dips in the bowl. And everything, including the "shallow" walls, goes just about to vert'. Basically, there is nothing for beginners to do here but get hurt. Also, don't come here expecting to have a great street session. You see the rail and "ledge" on the left of the picture? That's it. Finally, although the sod is down now, Carbondale added some crusher fines near the bowl. So you might want to bring a broom to sweep out the dirt that blows in.
